SYFT designs and fabricates engineered screen panels built to fit OEM-style mineral screening equipment. Currently, our offerings include aftermarket drop-in replacement panels designed for Rotex Minerals Separator units and similar gyratory screening systems. Our panels are manufactured to match the dimensional, material, and performance requirements of the application, helping operators source reliable replacement screening media without compromising fit, form, or function.

For customers operating Rotex Mineral Separator units, our panels are intended as aftermarket drop-in replacement screen assemblies designed to fit the existing screening deck.
For customers operating Rotex Industrial Screener units, our panels are intended as aftermarket drop-in replacement screen assemblies designed to fit the existing screening deck. Unit dimensions and unit specification is required prior to quote.
SYFT can custom design and fabricate to match the required equipment specifications, including overall panel dimensions, mesh opening, wire diameter, hook or edge configuration, tensioning requirements, and material grade of your screening application. We can work from existing panel dimensions, equipment details, drawings, or sample panels to confirm the correct replacement design.

Rotex® Mineral Separator
Our standard engineered panel offering is built around common replacement sizes used in Rotex-style mineral separators, including large-format screen panels such as approximately 48" × 89 7/8". Panels can be supplied with a wide range of woven wire mesh specifications, from coarse separations to fine screening applications, and can be manufactured using stainless steel, various carbon steels, and other materials depending on the process requirements.

Rotex® Industrial Screener
SYFT panels are designed to match the size, mesh specification, material grade, and edge configuration required for the customer’s specific unit and application. Because Rotex industrial screeners are available in a variety of models and deck configurations, screen panel dimensions can vary by unit size and equipment setup. SYFT fabricates replacement panels based on the customer’s unit type, existing screen dimensions, drawings, or sample panel details to ensure the correct fit.
Panels are available in a wide range of woven wire mesh specifications, including standard and custom openings, multiple wire diameters, and common industrial materials such as 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, and various carbon steels. Specialty materials and wear-resistant options are also available for demanding applications.

Customers can provide equipment details, screen dimensions, photos, drawings, or sample panel information, and SYFT will work to match the required fit and performance needs.
