SYFTX Wear Resistant Screen Mesh - Product Brochure
SYFT Solutions has developed a novel wear-resistant screen mesh (SYFTX) engineered specifically for use in demanding industrial screening applications. Utilizing a gas-based diffusion hardening process, this solution provides significantly enhanced surface hardness, abrasion resistance, and service life compared to untreated mesh materials. Independent testing under ASTM G65 abrasion standards confirms a notable reduction in wear rate, supporting its application in harsh mining and energy-sector operations where durability is paramount. Importantly, this treatment maintains the core characteristics of the base metal—such as ductility, resistance to fatigue, and corrosion resistance—while significantly strengthening the outer layer.

Bulk Wire Mesh
For sites and fabricators that build or refurbish their own screen panels or use mesh in other process equipment, SYFT supplies bulk screening and wire mesh products in a wide range of specifications. We can provide most common (and many specialty) combinations of mesh count, wire diameter, roll width, and length—typically sold by the roll, with local inventory and stocking programs available. This gives you a reliable Western Canadian source for woven wire without relying on long, uncertain global supply chains.
